With click on Earth you can see objects in 3D 

Instructions for navigation in Google Earth ... 

    You can navigate with navigate tool in right up corner of the window or with mouse:  

•  By turning the middle mouse button you approach and make distance of the object 
•  By pressing the middle mouse button and moving left and right you can see the object from different angles
•  By pressing the left mouse button you can change the angle of ground
